Job Responsibilities.
1.Design and R&D, responsible for organizing, coordinating, and integrating the department's R&D design and project planning and management:.
2.Responsible for program planning, task decomposition of projects such as photovoltaic or semiconductor coating equipment, and guide the team to complete:.
3.Responsible for judging and guiding the key mechanism, leading the team to complete the selection and design parameter calculation;.

5.Responsible for the collection and archiving of relevant equipment and graphic data within the department.

Requirements.
1.Bachelor degree or above in automation, mechanical engineering and other related majors.
2.10 years of experience in R&D and design of non-standard vacuum precision equipment, with experience in photovoltaic or semiconductor counterparts, and large-scale successful application projects in actual work.
3.Proficient in Solidworks, CAD, PRO/E and other design and drafting software.
4.Strong communication and coordination skills, leadership, teamwork; strong cost consciousness, problem analysis and improvement ability.
5.High sense of responsibility, high stress tolerance, self-driven;.
6.ALD, CVD, PECVD, LPCVD experience is preferred.
Job responsibilities.
1.Responsible for the research and development of vacuum coating process equipment.
2.Responsible for solving technical problems in the process of non-standard design.
3.Organize or prepare and manage the related project research team.

Requirements.
1.Doctoral degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, fluid engineering or other related fields.
2.Solid foundation in automated mechanical system design and motion transmission drive, mechanical manufacturing processing and other fields.
3.Proficiency in Solidworks and AutoCAD drawing software.
4. Knowledge of FEA finite element software, experience in transmission, gas-liquid system development, and product project development is preferred.
