New technological breakthrough in microconductor TOPCon battery device
Recently, Jiangsu Microguide Nano Technology Co., Ltd. has made a breakthrough in a new generation of high-efficiency solar cell technology developed in cooperation with PV customers and Nantong University. The project applied the ultra-thin (~3nm) alumina thin film prepared by atomic layer deposition (ALD) technology to the boron diffusion positive surface of N-type TOPCon structured commercial cells (158.75mm side length substrate), and achieved an ultra-high conversion efficiency of 23.55%, with an open-circuit voltage of more than 700mV, and a fill factor of more than 81%.
